Our commitment goes beyond signing the Armed Forces Covenant.
Lynx is continuing to develop relationships across the defence and engineering sectors, while supporting service leavers and veterans to identify opportunities where their military experience and transferable skills can make a real difference.
We also want to work with employers to help them recognise the value of military experience when recruiting for engineering, technical, operational, management and other specialist positions.

Receiving our Bronze Award is an important milestone for Lynx, but it is only the beginning.
We are already working towards achieving Silver recognition and strengthening the practical support we provide to the Armed Forces community.
