Up to 37 hours per week | Adhoc shifts (Mon–Fri)
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers to support waste and street cleansing operations across the Walsall area.
This is a great opportunity to secure consistent agency work with flexible scheduling, working as part of a team keeping local communities clean, safe, and well maintained.
The Role
- Driving HGV vehicles (refuse, recycling, or street cleansing vehicles)
- Supporting waste collection and environmental services
- Working across local neighbourhoods and operational routes
- Adhering to all health & safety and driving regulations
- Assisting with loading duties where required
Working Pattern
- Adhoc shifts booked on a daily basis
- Up to 4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Approx. 9.25 hours per day
- Typical hours: 06:15 – 16:15
Requirements
- Valid HGV licence (Class 2 minimum)
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach
- Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
