- Lead and manage service delivery and operational performance
- Oversee team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Manage service budgets, forecasts, and financial compliance
- Drive service improvement, innovation, and efficiency
- Monitor performance indicators and service outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners
- Support strategic planning and deputise for senior leadership when required
Requirements
- Experience in service management or operational leadership
- Strong background in performance management and service improvement
- Experience managing budgets and teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Educated to Degree Level and/or experience relevant to the post
This role may require flexibility for occasional meetings outside standard working hours.
