Plumber – Rugby

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Rugby area for experienced Plumbers. These are full-time temporary roles within a secure working environment. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be willing to undergo enhanced security vetting prior to any employment offer.Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance plumbing duties.
• Ensure all plumbing systems are maintained, repaired, and compliant with regulations.
• Work both independently and as part of a wider facilities/maintenance team.
• Deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient plumbing services in line with operational needs.
• Provide 1 in every 3 weekend cover as part of the rota.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
• Weekend cover: 1 in every 3 weekends

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified plumber with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 plumbing qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven plumbing experience.
• Experience in both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is desirable.
• Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
