HGV Class 2 Driver – Northampton

Start Date: 28th October 2025
Pay Rate: £17 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary

We’re recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver to join a busy waste management team based in Northampton (NN5).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on set routes.
• Work as part of a small crew to complete daily waste and recycling collections.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Current CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• Location: Northampton
• Start Date: 28th October 2025
• Pay: £17 per hour (weekly pay)
• Contract: Temporary, full-time
