We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Admin Co-ordinator to support a busy Property Services function within a large, well-established housing and property organisation. This is a key administrative role supporting compliance activity across repairs, maintenance, and building safety, ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are met.The Role
Reporting into senior compliance management, you will play a central role in supporting compliance officers and managers across multiple workstreams. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and technical support to compliance teams across repairs, maintenance, and building safety
- Supporting delivery of business plans, performance targets, and service improvement initiatives
- Producing reports on installations, repairs, maintenance activity, and job costs
- Maintaining and updating complex spreadsheets and compliance data for reporting purposes
- Preparing compliance documentation and collating outstanding actions from internal systems
- Processing orders, requisitions, and maintaining contractor qualification records
- Supporting capital works and maintenance projects, including liaison and communication with tenants
- Handling customer, tenant, and stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing full administrative support to meetings, including minute taking
About You
You will ideally have:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant administrative or compliance role
- Experience working within construction, engineering, maintenance, or property services environments
- Strong understanding of compliance, repairs, and maintenance processes
- Excellent administrative skills with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other office systems
- Confidence managing data, reports, and multiple priorities to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Awareness of procurement and financial regulations within a regulated environment
