We are urgently recruiting Catering Managers for our client working with schools in the Solihull area. These are part-time roles on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced catering professionals to lead and support school kitchen teams.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Qualification or NVQ in Catering
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Previous experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
• Ability to manage stock, budgets, and rotas
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Solihull area
Contract: 3 months (part-time)
