Home Care Support Worker

Lynx Care (Uk) currently have vacancies available for experienced Support workers in the Sheffield area. Our Home Care Support covers a range of one-to-one services from companionship to more specialised care (including dementia care, palliative care, and complex care), throughout Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

The role involves working one to one with our service users in their own homes to provide the highest possible standards of care. You will be responsible for personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and working to a variety of complex care plans. 

You will need to have the ability to provide high quality person centred care in a caring and supportive manner whilst promoting independence.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of two years care experience, a compassionate nature and be flexible to work shift patters throughout the week. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
